Help us reproduce a problem
- Describe the page or activity, what you expected, and what happened.
- Include the device, browser, and whether you were signed in. For a mathematics issue, include a non-sensitive example and the displayed result.
- Crop or redact screenshots. Never send a password, session token, CAPTCHA proof, full progress export, or another learner's private information.
Account and privacy requests
Contact support from the email used for your account and state the request. Identity verification may be needed before private data is disclosed or removed. Do not include credentials or a progress backup in the initial request.
Browser recovery
If the app fails to load after an update, the browser repair page can refresh MathPro shell caches. This repair is designed to preserve your learner data and account storage. Export your progress if you can before using any destructive browser reset.
